We had a great stay at the Sheraton in Chicago. From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff was welcoming, courteous, and patient with any questions we had. Check-in was smooth, setting a great tone for our visit. Our room was clean and well-appointed, offering a fantastic view of the river. It had enough floor space to move around comfortably without feeling excessive. The beds were comfortable, making for a restful stay. Noise wasn’t an issue at all, which is always a plus in a busy city. The bathroom was a solid B+—good water pressure and hot water, with a convenient shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispenser in the shower. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights of this hotel is its location. Being right on the Riverwalk makes it easy to walk to so many great spots, and the convenience is well worth the slight premium you pay. Compared to other hotels we considered in the area, the Sheraton still felt like a great value. We didn’t dine much at the hotel but did stop by the Link Café for snacks, and the staff there was always friendly and helpful. The fitness center was another plus—well-equipped with quality machines and a good amount of space. The service throughout the hotel was excellent. The doormen were friendly and always quick with answers to any questions. Every staff member we encountered was pleasant and professional. This was our third stay at the Sheraton, and the last two visits happened to be during St. Patrick’s Day weekend. Being right in the middle of the festivities and getting to see the Chicago River dyed green from such a prime location made our trip even more special. We’ll definitely be back again! Highly recommend this hotel for its location, comfort, and great service.

We went there to celebrate our wedding anniversary, we booked the deluxe king room with river view and we got the view we desired, that too on a high floor. Room 2819 had 4 windows with an amazing view of the Chicago River and overlooking the amazing Chicago architecture. Undoubtedly, the best view at this price point in the entire Chicago River stretch. Front desk was kind enough to acknowledge my request on the view (though Michigan Lake view is also amazing). Being Marriott Bonvoy members, wifi was free for us. Bellhop was very courteous and we got the luggage in the room within minutes after checking in. River walk is literally adjacent to the hotel, you just take one of the fast elevators from your room and a few escalators and you are there. Marriott also provides a complementary souvenir and a couple of packets of Garrett popcorns to sum up the nice experience.

The hotel staff was exceptional. We arrived very late at night and check-in was easy. The friendly desk staff continued to be helpful during the entire stay. The location was central to all the activities we had planned. The hotel had a grab-and-go type breakfast spot plus a full service breakfast that could be added to room price. The evening dining at the hotel was disappointing---high price and not a good selection. Meal delivery to the hotel from other restaurants seems to be a popular option and we chose that with familly members. If traveling with family members, we'd rate this a great spot.

I had stayed here for a business trip last year and returned with family for a fun trip. We knew we wanted to experience the Sheraton again. Great rooms with a beautiful riverview. Friendly and helpful staff. Very spacious lobby and lounge area and multiple levels. The location right on the river is great too to get out and walk to restaurants/shops or go for a run along the riverwalk. Very clean. We were there during the St. Paddy's celebration and got to see the river turned green!

What a lovely hotel, and so perfectly located. Our river front room was wonderful, and we even could see the lake. The bell staff were there whenever we arrived "home" to help us out of our Uber. Down two escalators put us on Riverwalk, and within 2 minutes of a great Irish Pub/Restaurant. We had an easy walk to the Navy Pier and to Michigan Ave. Breakfast buffet was super! The daily free caramel popcorn and bottled water were a homey and nice touch.
